Forms can be used to simplify an action, increase productivity, enhance viewing for ease of use, and display a more professional image to a client.

We can help you create forms that fit your specific needs.  These forms may be digitally standardized, and they may have information applied to the form with graphics and text populated in predetermined fields from your current proprietary billing software or other software.  Information can also be placed on the form coming directly from a data stream, possibly intended for printing on a dot matrix printer, line printer, or mainframe printer using a 1-4 part form or green bar paper.

Information and bar codes can be printed to created forms by gathering information from a data stream.  We can also take information from these forms so they can be used in multiple ways.  Information can be read off the form using the bar code(s) or predetermined fields to be forwarded into other data bases, document management systems (populate index fields), and even placed into many other documents/forms.  If this information is sent to a form or other document(s), these documents can then be printed, emailed, or faxed to any printer, anywhere in the world, even multiple destinations, simultaneously and automatically.
